These terms cover this website and the waitlist form on it. They are operated by Digital Summit LLC ("we", "us"). By submitting the form you agree to them.

What this site is

PeepMe is in development and is not available to use. This site is an information page with a form for registering interest. There is no service here, no account to create, nothing to buy and nothing to access.

What joining the waitlist gets you

An email from us if and when PeepMe opens, and — only if you asked for it — occasional updates before then. That is the entire offer.

Joining does not reserve you a place, a username, a rank, a rate, or early access, and it does not entitle you to anything if PeepMe launches. We are not promising a launch date, and we may never launch at all. If we abandon the project we will delete the list rather than keep it.

You must be 18 or over

The waitlist is for adults only. By submitting the form you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We will remove any entry we believe belongs to someone under 18.

Using the form honestly

You agree not to:

• submit an email address that is not yours, or sign somebody else up;
• submit entries automatically, in bulk, or to flood the form;
• try to interfere with the site or reach parts of it that are not public.

We limit how often the form can be submitted from one connection. We may remove any entry that appears to be fake, automated, or abusive.

Leaving

Write to hello@peep-me.com and we will remove you. No account, no form, no reason needed.

Your information

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. In short: your name, address, birth year, whether you are a member or creator, and your consent answers — used to write to you about PeepMe and nothing else.

What we do not promise

This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from PeepMe not launching. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have by law.

Brand and content

The PeepMe name, logo and the material on this site belong to Digital Summit LLC. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. If you are on the waitlist when a material change is made, we will email you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction — without affecting rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
