Acceptable Use Policy
PeepMe · Acceptable Use · Drafted August 2, 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do on PeepMe. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and breaking it can cost you your account. It describes how the Service actually behaves — not an aspiration.
1. Everyone must be an adult
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service in any capacity. Creators complete identity and age verification before they can publish, and every person appearing in a creator’s content must be a verified adult with documented consent. Content that cannot be tied to that verification is removed and the creator is suspended.
2. Content that is never allowed
You may not upload, post, stream or share any of the following, and we remove it and act on the account when we find it:
- Any depiction of a minor, real or simulated, in any context. This is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as the law requires.
- Any intimate image of a person shared without their consent, including computer-generated or altered images of a real person.
- Content depicting non-consensual acts, or presenting them as real.
- Content you do not have the rights to — someone else’s photographs, videos or performances, or your own work that you licensed exclusively elsewhere.
- Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, trafficking, or the sexual exploitation or endangerment of any person.
3. Conduct that is never allowed
- Harassing, threatening, doxxing or impersonating another person.
- Attempting to identify, contact or coerce a creator or member off-platform against their wishes.
- Circumventing payment, age verification, or the technical measures that protect creators’ content — including recording, scraping or redistributing what you unlock.
- Using the Service to advertise, sell or solicit anything outside its own features, including off-platform payments intended to avoid creator protections.
- Automated access, bulk account creation, or interfering with the operation or security of the Service.
4. How we enforce this
Reports and automated signals feed a moderation queue that is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Depending on severity we remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold funds connected to violating content, and report to the authorities where we are required or where a person is at risk. The most serious categories in section 2 are removed while we investigate rather than afterwards.
To report something on the Service, use the report control on the content itself or write to ABUSE EMAIL.
